Haven’t tried pickled onions, so going off my opinion of regular onions;
A whole wedge like that? Gotta say no. Too much at once, throws off the ratio.
Some diced onion mixed in, or sprinkled on top? I would absolutely try it.

Looks absolutely terrible, and you shouldn’t eat them. I will be over soon to dispose of them, just keep them chilled until I get there. I have a specialized storage container for situations like this.

What I want now is Deviled Onions. Slice an onion in half, then take it apart leaving onion bowls that you fill with deviled egg filling. I’ve never had this or thought about it before, but it sounds really good.
